- DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

- PAYMENTS AND CASHOUTS
User understands that all deposits must be made using a valid payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to any applicable fees or limits. User acknowledges that Optimbet may request verification of their identity and/or account information before processing withdrawals.
- RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Optimbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own gaming activities and must not engage in any behavior that could be considered abusive or detrimental to themselves or others.
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

- INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Optimbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao International Arbitration Center.
- CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Optimbet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any provision from these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. User agrees to review these Terms and Conditions regularly and to comply with any changes made.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Optimbet and User regarding the use of the Services. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.
- AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS
Optimbet reserves the right to make amendments or revisions to these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. User agrees to be bound by such amendments or revisions upon publication on the Services' website.
- GOVERNING LANGUAGE
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.
- TERMINATION
Optimbet reserves the right to terminate User's account and access to the Services at its discretion, without notice or liability. Upon termination, User must immediately cease using the Services.
